How soon will my item ship after I order?

OCP’s shipping department ships the next business day on all orders received before 2PM PT. Our shipping department closes Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed during the weekend will ship by Tuesday.

Standard shipping 

We ship our orders via UPS or USPS. If your order weighs less than 2 pounds, you have the choice to ship with USPS First Class. If your order weighs 2 pounds or more, you may receive your order more promptly if you opt for UPS.

Please allow up to two business days for orders to be processed, before picking up or expecting delivery from UPS. An excellent alternative is to track your UPS shipment(s). To do so, simply login to your account, select "Order History" on the left side of the page and click "Tracking Information" to view your order details and track each package.

A note about Next Day, Second Day or Third Day UPS: You can request either Next Day, Second Day or Third Day UPS shipping. Keep in mind there are no weekend deliveries and these orders cannot be sent to a PO Box.

Will “standard” shipping be as fast as UPS? 

Standard shipping may be less expensive and delivery time can sometimes be just as fast for packages less than 4 pounds. For larger items, UPS is usually faster than standard shipping.

What about international shipping?

We are able to deliver to almost every country in the world. Special circumstances and extra fees apply depending on each case. Delivery times will depend on carrier and location. Shipping times average between 15-20 business days, but can sometimes take 3-6 weeks.

When ordering from OCP, you will be considered as the importer on the record and must comply with all related laws and regulations. You may also be subject to import taxes or fees levied once a shipment reaches your country.
