Return Policy

OCP stands behind the quality of its merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your OCP experience, please contact us and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for physical books under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from OCP.
- The return request is made within 60 days of the original shipment date for permanent resources. Dated material return request must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- The item is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Merchandise must be free from marks, stickers, labels and wear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Digital products – online subscriptions, downloadable sheet music, ebooks, and MP3’s.
- Octavos
- Damaged items not caused during shipping or quality related
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Request a return authorization using the online form.
- Include a description and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Fill-out the online return authorization request.
- Await confirmation and instructions.
- Pack returns carefully to ensure undamaged transport.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- If the merchandise was sent in error call OCP customer success at 1-800-548-8749 or email liturgy@ocp.org. We will replace the product and provide a return label for UPS pick-up of the incorrect product.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds for subscriptions will be pro-rated based on the number of issues remaining unless returned prior to first issue date.
- For refused shipments the customer is responsible for original shipping cost, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or surcharges that may apply.
Additional conditions
- Credit will not be given for items lost during return.
- OCP will refund the original purchase price of each product returned.
- Although the primary responsibility for merchandise damaged in transit resides with the shipper, OCP will gladly work with you to fulfill your replacement product needs. Please be sure to keep the materials, packaging and the box(es) in which they were delivered.
