Parish Grants
OCP Parish Grants Program
Authorized by the OCP Board of Directors, OCP Parish Grants provide direct financial assistance to parishes and campus ministries seeking to enhance their community’s worship experience. Since 2001, the OCP Parish Grants Program has donated more than $3.65 million to parishes throughout the United States and U.S. Territories.
Who is eligible?
The OCP Parish Grants Program is open to all Roman Catholic parishes in the United States and U.S. territories. College and university campus ministries that maintain a consistent Mass schedule throughout the liturgical year are also welcome to apply. Applicants do not have to use an OCP worship program to qualify. Only those parishes that received a Parish Grant last year are ineligible to apply.
How can grants be used?
OCP Parish Grants must be used for liturgical and/or musical purposes. Parish Grants are commonly used for:
- Purchasing music, hymnals and other worship resources;
- Repairing or replacing musical instruments or equipment;
- Improving multicultural ministries through training and purchasing of bilingual worship materials;
- Providing digital resources to support liturgy preparation;
- Attending or hosting musical or liturgical conferences and workshops.
